Under Darcy’s leadership, the team has established a reputation as being one of the hardest working teams in the business.

Darcy began his real estate career in Vancouver as a licensed REALTOR® for new developments in 1996. He then launched into newspaper sales for Real Estate Weekly, and Vancouver Sun and Province newspapers and successfully launched WestCoast Homes and Design magazine, which is still in publication today. In 2003, Darcy moved back into new home development sales as VP of Sales for Polygon and Solterra Developments.

In addition to being a thought-leader in the Kelowna-area market, trends and stats, Darcy has a keen interest, expertise and knowledge in new homes and the future of new projects in the area. His experience in providing consulting, sales and marketing for Kelowna development projects has helped envision some of Kelowna’s top communities.

Throughout his career, Darcy has provided consulting, sales and marketing for approximately 100 new development projects in BC, as well as thousands of re-sale transactions, facilitating approximately $6-billion in sales.
